We are a full-service home healthcare agency providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, social services and home health aides. In the majority of cases our services are 100% covered and paid for by Medicare. We are owned and operated by a Physical Therapist.
Our Vision
Through physical and occupational therapy, we help our patients be more independent at home and reduce the risk for falls and injury.
Through skilled nursing services, we help our patients manage their medications and disease processes to reduce visits to the Emergency Room and to reduce hospitalizations.
Our social worker assists with financial planning and the coordination of community resources to help reduce nursing home placements.
